Hello Wrangler Fans, This week starts off fast with games at almost every level and finishes with HS volleyball at a tournament and the JH football team traveling to Cowley. We do have home games for the youth football team and also the JH/Y volleyball team this week. If you haven't watched them compete yet, please come support them. This week's events follow: Monday, Sept. 16: Staff PD Day; No school for PreK-12th grade students **1st Eligibility Warning List of the year** Students who have 2 or more D's and/or 1 or more F's will be on the ineligible warning list. The list will be sent to 5th-12th grade teachers and coaches. Students will be notified via school email. Those students will have until Wednesday at 3:40pm to take a signed reestablish sheet to Mr. Mills. This is the debut year of Shoshoni High School offering a Certified Nursing Assistant class in conjunction with Central Wyoming College! Dr. Vasco was a guest presenter this week. helping the students learn good body mechanics and positioning! We are so proud of these students and look forward to the rest of the semester!

Hello Wrangler Fans, We are getting into one of the busiest times of the year. This week features school pictures and fall sports team pictures. Also, due to larger than expected participation in youth and high school volleyball, there will be schedule changes and additions. Finding open dates that match up between two schools takes some time, so please be patient as we work to add games for the Youth B and C teams. Some recent changes: Youth volleyball B team has games added at home and away with Meeteetse. The Youth B and C teams have a game added with Wyoming Indian on Sept. 23. The HS volleyball team will be flipping a home game to an away game with Wind River for this year so it will be a home game next year on the corresponding date. Rocky Mountain had fewer girls come out than expected, so there will not be a HS VB C game home or away against them. Eligibility reporting begins next Sunday with a warning list, followed by the ineligible list being finalized on Wednesday, Sept. 18. Shoshoni Schools lost its Internet connection following the power outage in town. All phone lines, internet, and means of communication are basically down until the Telco can get onsite to repair their gear. The phone company has been notified, and a tech is on his way, we hope to back up and functional as soon as soon as possible. We will follow our normal schedules and keep you updated as things progress.
