Hello Everyone, Thursday the Shoshoni High School Theater will be opening Night of the Living Dead! The students have worked very hard putting this show together and we look forward to performing it for the community. The dinner will be provided by the Shoshoni Wrestling Team and will include spaghetti with either a white or red sauce. Tickets will be $10 for dinner or $5 for just the show. All proceeds are split between the theater and wrestling teams. Tickets are available at the door or you can find them at : https://our.show/shs25 It is very helpful to buy them online as it gives us a good idea about the amount of food we should have each night. However, if you want to purchase them at the door that option is available too. We look forward to seeing you. Warning: There are zombies and blood, so if your child is scared of blood, this may not be the play for them. Overall it is less scary than a haunted house.
Hello Wrangler Families! Shoshoni FBLA is raising money for our qualifying students to attend the National Leadership Conference in Anaheim, CA this summer. We will be hosting a fun event on May 15th at the fairgrounds in Riverton for any who would like to come out and support! Just a reminder that we will be having a meeting on Tuesday night at 6:00 pm to discuss topics that are relevant to senior year. Teffany Fegler will be in attendance as well to help parents and students create a FSA ID which will be imperative to completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) next year. Please bring your social security number and computer in order to get this completed.

The high school track team had a chilly day in Douglas to prepare them for conditions at the State Track Meet. The JH/Y track team had a great showing in Greybull on Saturday! Both teams travel to Lovell this week and have a meet in Fremont County.
The Spring Play runs this Thursday-Saturday with dinner at 6pm and the curtain at 7pm. Our students have spent a lot of time preparing, and would love your support at their performance!!

Hello Wrangler Fans,
I would like to give a huge shout out to all the workers from Saturday's track meet!! We had 865 athletes competing in over 2,100 events. The meet ran smoothly, and we could not have pulled it off without the help of the HS Track team and coaches.
Due to weather, we will move our HS track meet to Tuesday (field events at Noon, running at 2pm). We need a lot of workers!!

Right before Spring Break, Shoshoni's first ever FBLA chapter headed down to Laramie to compete in the State Leadership Conference. We had nine students travel and eleven students compete across many events. There were 550+ students in attendance at this year's SLC, and our kids rocked it! They were recognized as the newest chapter in the state, and were commended for their hard work and large amount of activity in their first year. They're on track to be awarded a Champion Chapter award at the national conference this summer!
They had the opportunity to network with other students and business leaders around the state, tour the University of Wyoming College of Business and campus, and compete in over 70 offered events, hoping to place in the top four of their events and earn a trip to Anaheim, CA this summer for the National Leadership Conference. They also got to have lots of fun in the form of bowling, a statewide FBLA dance, swing dancing lessons, and more. All of our members worked extremely hard and represented Shoshoni with pride! We had some students who saw quite a bit of success this weekend as well. In fact, almost all of our chapter members placed in the top ten in the state in at least one event, and five of our students qualified for Nationals! Here is that breakdown:
