The 3rd grade class had a really neat opportunity in STEAM to tie their engineer learning in with a real-world expert, Engineer Mrs. Jessica Klein from the NRCS. Students were given the challenge to construct a way for animals to safely cross a busy road way-- a real world problem!
Students engaged in deep thinking, analyzing various viewpoints, and teamwork throughout their entire time of tackling the engineering design process.

Our SHS FBLA chapter is officially in the home stretch! We are raising funds for our State Leadership Conference this March and building a travel fund for students who qualify for Nationals in San Antonio this summer.

Due to our teams advancing to State (which is a great problem to have), we are rescheduling the After Prom Parent Meeting.

The meeting will now be held on March 11 at 6:00 PM in the boardroom.
