Conversation Results

Based upon the dialogue of these two people, it is very apparent that they respect each other, that they have a good relationship, and that their level of trust is high.  As was brought out in the audio clips, for coaching to be effective the teacher and coach benefit the most when they have common planning times in which to meet.  Having a substitute teacher lined up prior to the scheduled Peer Coaching time is a must.  Both the teacher and the coach need to have release time from their classroom instruction in order for Peer Coaching to be successful.
